Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
· Posts customer payments by recording cash, check, and credit card transactions.
· Maintains records for invoices, debits, and credits.
· Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts.
· Protects the organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
· Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
· Updates receivable by totaling unpaid invoices.
· Protects the organization’s value by keeping information confidential.

· Ensures credit is received for outstanding memos.
· Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
· Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
· Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
· Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
· Makes travel arrangements for senior staff or Installation Crews such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
· Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
· Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
· Ensures operation of Office equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
· Operates company’s computer system efficiently.
· Other Duties as assigned by the Office Manager or Operations Manager

Bilingual - Spanish highly desired
**Roll Master Experience highly desired**
**Flooring Installation Industry knowledge preferred**
