Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in food handling and possess strong leadership skills.
Duties:
- Oversee daily shift operations, including managing staff and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Coordinate team staff to ensure timely and quality food service
- Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns promptly
- Supervise team members, delegate tasks, and provide training as needed
- Utilize POS systems for order processing and payment handling
Skills:
- Experience in hotel or restaurant management
- Proficiency in food handling and kitchen management
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various guest requests
- Previous experience as a cook or shift manager is a plus
- Ability to lead a team effectively and maintain a positive work environment
- Familiarity with bartending techniques is advantageous
