This is a full time onsite job Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00pm. Remote candidates will not be considered.

Position Summary
The Customer Service Associate is the liaison between our company and our customers. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with our dealer sales teams and clients. This role works closely with the Scheduler to supply clients with up-to-date status reports and with the Marketing Team to deliver accurate product information with targeted brand messaging.
Key Accountabilities
- Works with showroom sales staff, designers and customers to accurately set expectations regarding product variation, timelines, and pricing
- Answers all questions regarding product usage, pricing and installation; all emails and calls should be answered within two hours
- Builds lasting relationships with dealer and designer accounts
- Maintains awareness of orders through production process to provide status updates and alerts the studio team and the customer of any issues
- Enters and proofreads all incoming orders from showrooms, designers, or ecommerce
- Works with production team to clearly communicate special instructions and custom requests
- Works with Accounting and Logistics when orders are being consolidated, put on hold, waiting for shipping instructions or payment info to ensure timely shipping upon completion
- Willing to work in other departments to assist the team as needed
- Participates in team and companywide meetings
- Maintains clean working environment and participates in clean up and maintenance activities

Skills and Competencies
- A minimum of two years of experience in customer service, retail sales or interior design
- Made to order manufacturing experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with a range of industry professionals and end users
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Must have computer skills and knowledge of Windows Office and manufacturing resource planning software
- Ability to see subtle variations in color and surface (corrective lenses allowed)
- Capable of working independently as well as cooperatively with a wide variety of personalities and skill levels
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced team environment
