Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary of $60,000 per year plus quarterly profit sharing. Expect to make around $70,000 depending on performance.
Schedule:
Open availability nights and weekends a must (expect to work 50-55 hours per week).
Responsibilities:
Assist GM and Owner in general management of business.
Staff Management: You will play a key role in overseeing our team, including scheduling, coaching, performance reviews, and ensuring a positive work environment.
Customer Service: Delivering an exceptional guest experience is our priority. You will be responsible for resolving customer issues, ensuring satisfaction, and going the extra mile to create a memorable experience.
Daily Operations: Ensure the smooth running of daily operations by completing checklists, opening and closing procedures, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control, manage stock levels, and ensure timely ordering to avoid stockouts.
Employee Discipline: Address employee performance issues fairly and effectively, while also promoting a positive team culture.
General Maintenance: Contribute to maintaining a clean and presentable bar environment.
Promotions & Events: Assist with developing and executing promotional campaigns, and manage the logistics of handling group events.
Accountability: You will be responsible for the overall success of assigned shifts, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the bar/restaurant industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and coach a team.
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to handle fast-paced environments and work effectively under pressure.
Basic point-of-sale systems experience.
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
