Registered Nurse (RN)
At Unlimited Bounds the Registered Nurse fulfills the responsibilities by managing medical/nursing department's development and productivity of UB. The Registered Nurse conducts their duties in an office setting supporting clinical staff
Reports to: Medical Director
Role Based Responsibilities:
- Responsible for taking vitals daily for PHP clients and recording vitals in ICANOTES
- Responsible for medication administration
- Responsible for completing intake assessments
- Responsible for reviewing of all medication logs for accuracy
- Responsible for initiating and maintaining accurate client medical documentation
- Responsible for COW and CIWA Assessment
- Responsible for supervising CNA/CMT on COVID-19 testing and sending test within 24 hours in monitoring results in a timely manner
- Maintaining medication records, physician orders, and other client related forms
- Maintaining client confidentiality requirements
- Coordinate medical treatment goals with clinical
- Ensure compliance with city, state and federal regulations
- Adherence to medical policies and procedures and ensure best practices to support recovery
- Manage the Medical Director calendar and client appointments
Key Qualifications:
- Knowledge of drug abuse, alcoholism, AIDS, anti-related health care issues
- Knowledge of nursing theory, process, practices anti procedures
- Knowledge of professional nursing standards
- Knowledge of community human service resources and agencies
- Knowledge of quality, assurance and auditing processes
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with diverse and special populations
- Ability to supervise and manage a professional staff
- Must be computer literate
- Familiar with automated medication systems
- Skilled in the delivery of outpatient nursing care
- Ability to Interpret test results
- Ability to work with diverse populations
- Ability to read, utilize and interpret medical terminology
- Skilled in oral and written communication
- Ability to maintain records
- Demonstrates a concern for adhering to policies concerning patient confidentiality at all times
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
- Must be currently licensed by the Maryland State Board of Examiners of Nurses as a Registered Nurse/Practical Nurse under Maryland Law.
- Two years of successful experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse in a health setting

- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Compensation:
- Up to A$90,000 per year
