Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Digital Retailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both in-store sales and the activation of all digital channels to boost sales, from Instagram to WhatsApp, and any other promotional strategies that can help increase the store's revenue through a seamless integration of physical and digital retail.
Key Responsibilities:
- In-Store Sales : Engage with customers in the store, providing exceptional service and driving sales.
- Store Procedures : Opening and closing of the store, control of merchandising guidelines, cash register procedures and management of warehouse movements
- Inventory Management:Keep track of warehouse inventory, update the inventory system, and order new products when necessary.
- Digital SALES Management: Utilize digital platforms such as Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, and other social media channels to sell products
- Customer Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty both in-store and online.
- Digital Sales Promotion: Create and manage promotional campaigns to drive traffic and sales, including discounts, special offers, and seasonal sales
- Content Creation: Produce and manage high-quality content for social media and digital platforms to attract and retain customers.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze sales data and digital campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to inform strategy.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent customer support through digital channels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail sales, both in-store and online.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using digital tools and e-commerce platforms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve sales performance.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
- Knowledge of current digital retail trends and best practices.
