As a Human Resources Coordinator, you play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department and employees of The Fikes Companies. This role is perfect for somone who has strong customer service skills, is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people.

This position is in-office (Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm) and pays up to $16.50/hour.
General Responsibilities:
Provides overall Human Resources administrative support including:
- Customer Support: Provides prompt and courteous assistance to employees via various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Data Entry: Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation by performing daily data entry into HRIS (Dayforce). Ensures confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations in handling sensitive information.
- Employee Onboarding: Assists with the onboarding process for new hires, including I9 completion, assembling new hire gifts, explaining training assignments, and answering basic questions about policies and procedures.
- Verification of Employment: Completes various VOE (Verification of Employment) documents in a timely manner.
- Other administrative duties Creates and mails store name badges, assembles new store binders, updates, and maintains emergency contact sheets for store locations, running reports, and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must have 1-2 years’ general office experience, intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite and possess the ability to quickly learn new systems, possess strong customer service skills, have excellent time management, multi-tasking abilities and be able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, must have the ability to quickly build rapport and effective working relationships in-person, virtually, and across all levels.
