We are looking for people that want to grow with us with a proven track record of sales success in the health industry. This position is to develop the south area of Puerto Rico.
Essential duties include but not limited to:
- Build strong relationships by daily interactions with physicians and discharge planners at hospital to ensure excellent patient services.
- Cultivate client relationships to build referrals over time
- Maintain sales territory to meet census goals with technique such as cold calling and contact planning
- Public speaking, give presentations to organizations, businesses, healthcare professionals (MD’s, RN’s, Hospital Executives)
- Daily visits physician offices/hospitals/assisted livings facilities, to educate and inform referral sources and patients of home health options.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Science
- At least five years of medical device marketing experience
- Documented sales success; candidates should have verifiable sales success awards from previous positions
- Proven territory development
- General Computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with formal sales training preferred
- Must be a highly ethical, self-motivated team player
- Car in good conditions to travel across the Island
- Valid driver’s license
