Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk and reception area. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest service, manage reservations, and coordinate guest inquiries effectively.
Duties:
- Manage all front desk activities such as check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments
- Train, supervise, and support front desk staff
- Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
- Oversee the use of phone systems and manage reservations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of hotel management software and booking systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Ability to handle guest relations professionally
- Familiarity with front office operations in a resort or hotel setting
