Overview:
We're looking for passionate individuals to join our catering crew for the Indiana State Fair (August 2-18) with opportunities following!
Looking for Sous Chefs, banquet attendants, prep cooks, line supervisors.
If you have a passion for culinary arts and providing exceptional guest services, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food and beverages for events such as weddings, corporate functions, and parties
- Coordinate with clients to determine event details and menu selections
- Ensure all food handling meets safety standards and guidelines
- Set up and decorate event spaces according to client preferences
- Provide excellent guest relations and address any concerns promptly
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to deliver high-quality service
Experience:
- Previous experience in catering or related field preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety protocols
- Culinary skills are a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to assist guests effectively
