Job Summary:
Regional Sales Manager
Capital Financial Group Corporation (CFCG) is a mortgage lender in South Florida, aggressively expanding to other key states, and seeking to fill Regional Sales Managerial positions. Our focus and operational systems are designed for high productivity, in-house lead generation and self-generated purchase/refinance business. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve targets.
The candidate must have the ability to originate (NMLS License), recruit and coach a team of licensed mortgage loan officers and processors, while developing and maintaining relationships with Realtors, Builders, CPA’s, Attorneys and other internal/external referral sources. This is either a producing (or non-producing) management position with the ability to motivate and drive business with your team. If you are a top producer, you will excel here at CFCG!
CFGC carries a full stable of Investors from Conventional, FHA, VA, Non-QM, Reverse and Jumbo products that affords the opportunity to offer virtually any lead a program.
Responsibilities
- Oversee you and your mortgage team’s pipeline.
- Work cooperatively with the Operations dept. to ensure high levels of customer service.
- Report to senior management on the mortgage business.
- Make recommendations on how to improve and grow the business.
- Maintain and grow relationships externally to increase business.
- Demonstrate leadership skills and provide training, guidance and coaching to loan officers.
- Manage a pipeline of leads, applications and rate locks.
- Meet with prospective borrowers and guide them through the mortgage application process.
Qualifications
- Candidates should have 1 or more years’ experience within the mortgage industry.
- Licensed with NMLS as a mortgage loan originator.
- We will consider Loan Officers with a successful career history for this position.
- Bachelor Degree (BA/BS) preferred (but not required).
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated with demonstrated team leadership and management skills.
- Experience with Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA products, lending practices and regulatory guidelines.
- Proven leadership. Highly motivated.
- Superior verbal communication and strong time management skills.
- Fluency in Spanish could be advantageous.
