Compensation: (negotiable based on experience) Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper / Accountant to handle our QuickBooks on a part-time to full time basis. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, Payroll System and proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
Responsibilities:
● Manage day-to-day accounting tasks using QuickBooks Online
● Record financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments & Payroll.
● Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
● Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
● Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting
● Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies
● Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency
Requirements:
● Proven experience with Accounting/Bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online
● Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
● Experience and interest to work self-directed
● Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
● Effective communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
