We are searching for a seasoned and reliable industrial maintenance technician to join our production team. FOH-RC produces top of the line made to order road cases and provides assets for corporate events. We pride ourselves in the quality of our product, and in our employees! In this position, your main responsibility will be to oversee the building and electrical maintenance. Your duties will include quality assessments, scheduling repairs, maintaining inventory, and implementing preventative maintenance procedures within a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
Our ideal candidate will be a jack-of-all-trades with in-depth knowledge of maintenance procedures, hydraulic systems, appliances, manufacturing, electrical, and basic tools. Having CNC repair background is a huge PLUS! To excel in this position, you must be an outstanding problem-solver with GREAT communication and organizational skills. This position is in a warehouse environment where steel-toe boots, safety glasses, and other PPE is required. We want someone who is safety-conscious.

Responsibilities:
-Perform maintenance on a wide range of machinery – typical items are CNC equipment, vacuum pumps, dust collection systems, band saws, programmable saws, laminators, drills and punches, painting equipment, and air compressors.
-Inspect warehouse buildings, equipment, and systems to ensure they work properly.
-Repair faulty equipment, systems, and damaged structures.
-Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures.
-Plan and schedule repairs as necessary.
-Help develop and implement the budget for the maintenance department.
-Maintain inventory records for equipment and supplies.
-Attention to detail to ensure all jobs are completed exemplary, and any potential hazards or warning signs of problems are not overlooked.
-Perform routine building maintenance duties, including painting minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and heating/ventilation systems maintenance.
-Clean the interior and exterior of the building, as needed, as well as the machinery, and equipment.
-Complete administrative duties: filling out forms and reporting maintenance statuses to the supervisor.
-Respond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs.
-Comply with all safety and health regulations. Knowledge of OSHA standards required.
-Keep inventory of maintenance and cleaning supplies and equipment and report needs to supervisor.
-Diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
-Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work. Work with and maintain relationships with contracted vendors.
-All other duties as assigned; may include various functions within the scope of building and facilities maintenance.
Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
-A certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology, or a relevant field is preferred.
-A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, within an industrial environment.
-Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
-Physically capable and available to work overtime, including weekends, evenings, and holidays when necessary.
-Effective problem-solving abilities.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Must be well-organized and can prioritize tasks.
-Physically able to lift 75+ lbs, bend, kneel, raise arms overhead and keep a fast pace within a warehouse setting.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
-Basic computer skills are a MUST
-Ability to stand, bend, twist, and climb ladders throughout the shift
-Forklift experience preferred or will be trained
-Strong work ethic and positive attitude
-Deadline and detail-oriented - being on time is very important to us!
-Valid driver’s License and reliable transportation
-Knowledge and experience in the manufacturing industry are highly desirable
Our warehouse is located at 75th Ave & Buckeye Rd - this is an in-person position only, within a warehouse/production setting. No remote work is offered for this position. Applicant must be able to pass background and drug screen- employment is contingent on results
Rate is $30/hour with opportunity for pre-approved OT
Hours are Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3:00pm (schedule can be flexible, within reason)
All new hires are subject to a background check and moving forward in the interview process is contingent on those results. Employees are considered 'probationary' during the first 90 days of employment.
