Seeking a Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant to support incoming phone calls and greet walk-in customers. Training and on-going support will be provided by current receptionist who is being promoted. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented and have a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer, service and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Record customer appointment and information into our system.
- Manage and organize office files and documents
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth communication.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide basic product information.
- Assist warehouse in collecting misc material for customer pick up.
- Perform general clerical tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus(Not Required)
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role (preferred but not required)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Customer-focused mindset and a positive attitude
