Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager who owns the technical aspect of manufacturing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to work with “peers” as a team to achieve overall corporate goals and objectives.
- Meet metrics and KPI’s.
- Ability to develop team members through daily coaching and mentoring.
- Develop self and team to not just react to metrics, but to recognize opportunities in operations to exceed goals and drive profitability.
- Balance workload within your team, and work with other leaders to share resources as necessary.
- Support daily team meetings to review metrics, define opportunities and support overall goals.
- Support weekly report out sessions with executive management. Present metrics/KPI status, resolutions, plans, and needs for future.
- Professional; sets tone for all direct reports.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective team.
- Monitor team performance and make necessary adjustment to meet objectives.
- Communicate with team the status of overall process, corporate objectives, etc. and continue to ignite the team to support all of this.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Industrial Engineering.
- Advanced degree a plus.
- 5 years minimum experience in manufacturing operations.
- Supervisory/leadership experience.
- Proven ability to structure and lead cross function team to support manufacturing and/or assembly processes.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
