Our business is generated from advertising in which we achieve leads through walk in traffic, phone calls, and internet leads. We also encourage personal marketing to achieve referrals to really grow business. This is a business within a business in which we provide you all the tools to be successful that don't cost you any money. We provide computer, phone, advertising, desk, office supplies, inventory, etc. We need someone who is going to represent our dealership well, be motivated to work hard, and willing to learn product.
This position would entail working with customers to assist in finding the perfect vehicle for there wants in needs from our large inventory of new and used vehicles.
Automobile Sales consultant Job Duties:
- General car Knowledge
- Prospecting Customers through in store visitors, Inbound Leads, Service customers, outside of dealership networking, etc.
- Qualify buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport.
- Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services.
- Close sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; aftermarket Sales, and final tuturial/delivery of vehicle
- Provides sales management information by completing reports.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in ongoing training and certifications
- Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Meeting Sales Goals, Motivation for Sales, Selling to Customer Needs, Financial Skills, Documentation Skills, Scheduling, Organization, Telephone Skills, Listening, Verbal Communication, Email Communication Customer Service Oriented, Spanish Speaking Preferred but not required
