Summary
This role is seeking a skilled-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for managing and processing invoices, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and assisting in maintaining healthy relationships with our clients. The Accounts Receivable
Clerk is responsible for managing financial transactions, lien waivers, and other critical documentation to support project billing and compliance. This role plays a crucial part in the financial stability and growth of our organization. Must have strong customer service experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify the accuracy of data and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Maintain a record of all invoices, receipts, and payment details.
- Coordinate the collection and processing of lien waivers from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure all lien waivers are executed correctly, accurately, and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a comprehensive and organized database of all lien waivers.
- Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and follow up with customers to collect outstanding balances.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach when communicating with clients.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Generate and provide regular reports on accounts receivable status and aging to management.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and direct to the appropriate person.
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Back-up support for other Administrative Assistants as needed.
- Other Duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus)
Proven experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar role
Familiarity with construction contracts, and lien waiver processes is a plus

Pay: $650.00 - $850.00 per week
