Responsibilities
- Prospect for new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct property showings and provide detailed information about properties to potential buyers.
- Assist clients in the buying or selling process, including preparing and submitting offers, negotiating contracts, and coordinating inspections and appraisals.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and local regulations to provide accurate and informed advice to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fellow agents, and industry professionals.
- Work closely with mortgage lenders, title agents, and other parties involved in the transaction to ensure a seamless closing process.
Requirements:
- Utah Real Estate License (if you do not have your license yet, you may still apply. Must be able to complete a 120 hour licensing course.)
- Proven track record of success in real estate sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
- Attend weekly training on current trends, marketing tools, prospecting, tech tools, and more.
- Some understanding of CRMs
- High level of social skills. Our business is people-based and will require much interaction with other people.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 15 – 45 per week
