DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
Order Processing and Logistics:
Coordinate the processing of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
Manage logistics schedules, including shipping and delivery, to optimize distribution.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain detailed records of warehouse operations, including stock movements, shipping logs, and inventory adjustments.
Prepare regular reports on warehouse activities for senior management review.
Compliance and Safety:
Team Coordination:
Supplier and Vendor Interaction:
Liaise with suppliers and vendors to resolve issues related to procurement, delivery schedules, and quality of goods.
Negotiate terms and manage relationships to maintain supply chain stability and efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Proven experience in warehouse administration or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.
Strong understanding of inventory management systems and logistics software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with database management.
