You are part of the core of the restaurant team and will be in charge of getting things done in a specific station. You will make sure that dishes are ready to go and the Kitchen Manager’s instructions are followed to a T. Must be able to ensure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards. You will be responsible for restocking, cleaning, and sanitizing your station. Ultimately, you play an essential role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and restaurant growth.
- 2 or more years of kitchen experience is required
- Must be able to multi-task
- Have excellent communication and organizational skills
- Restock inventory and supplies
- Full Kitchen Operations Including Closing Duties and Utility
- Must be 21 and over

Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
