**Duties:**
- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, cutting, and marinating ingredients
- Ensure food handling and storage procedures are followed to maintain quality and safety
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food orders and maintain a smooth workflow
- Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
- Monitor food inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Contribute to menu planning and development based on customer feedback and seasonal availability
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Cook or similar role in the food industry
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Proficiency in using kitchen tools such as knives and culinary equipment
- Strong understanding of dietary requirements and meal planning
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members
- Certification from a culinary school or relevant training is a plus
