**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and providing a nurturing environment for young children. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and promote the intellectual, social, and emotional development of preschool-aged children. - Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate for the age group. - Provide individualized attention to each child, fostering their growth and development. - Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. - Supervise children both indoors and outdoors to ensure their safety at all times. - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience for the children. **Experience:** - Previous experience in toddler care, early childhood education, or related fields is preferred. - Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in teaching young children. - Experience in classroom management, caregiving, or related roles. - Certification in first aid is a plus.
