We are looking for a professional restaurant manager to be responsible managing all F&B operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience in a unique restaurant and lounge. The successful candidate will be able to lead the restaurant team in high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include:
- Manage day to day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- Lead FOH team during shifts, providing high expectations, guidance and support.
- Motivated to expanding personal knowledge. Develop/maintain knowledge of market trends, competition and customers.
- Provide systematic educational and informational materials to restaurant staff.
- Identify customer needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
- Responsible for insuring that equipment, furniture, and the property is maintained both functionally and aesthetically.
- Purchase goods and supplies , maintain appropriate inventories and controls, maintain organization of all goods and supplies, and follow administrative ordering procedures.
- Attend and contribute to appropriate leadership meetings including event planning meetings.
- Maintain proper dress code
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.
- Perform additional duties as business needs dictate.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
