As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and support over the phone. Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner, addressing patient inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to actively listen to patients, understand their needs, and offer appropriate solutions or guidance.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our customer database for reference and follow-up purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues or complaints to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery and patient satisfaction.
- Continuously strive to improve customer service by seeking feedback, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing best practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
- Familiarity with medical receptionist duties, medical terminology, or office operations is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using office software and CRM systems to manage customer interactions efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with patients over the phone.
