We are a Behavioral Health company that specializes in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) that provides in-home, Clinic and school-based ABA therapy. We focus on consultations with families and schools to help develop outcomes and goals for children and youth diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, Behavioral disorders, Down Syndrome, PTSD and other disabilities. Behavioral Technicians work in homes and/or clinics with families to improve a child's life through skill acquisition and increasing appropriate behaviors. Technicians support the child, family, and team members delivering interventions designed specifically for each unique individual. Our technicians also work with our local school districts and daycares to provide behavioral consultation to the staff and teachers. Behavioral technicians focus on a variety of areas:
Following daily routines
Independent living
Anger management, self-regulation and emotions.
Building appropriate relationships and rapport with family members
Increasing effective communication skills
Classroom structure
Classroom management techniques
Targeting maladaptive behaviors and replacing with appropriate behavior(s)
Basic Life skills
Appropriate peer relationships
Assist on Parent training classes and/or staff training
Assist on special projects
Run social skills, play and Social/emotional groups
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.50 - $17.00 per year
Expected hours: 12 – 40 per week
