Job Summary:
As a Construction Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients, and guiding them through the construction process. Your goal will be to understand client needs, present suitable solutions, and close deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners
- Present and promote our construction services to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
