Job Summary:
The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operation. This role involves a variety of tasks related to organization and communication, and requires a proactive, professional individual with excellent multitasking skills.

Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail

Provide general support to visitors

Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records

Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Assist with special projects and events as needed

Perform other related duties as required
Administrative Tasks

Works independently with a minimum of supervision

Follows all policies and procedures established by firm

Enters time daily to ensure current and accurate tracking of hours

Follows safety rules according to firm Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP)

Job Requirements: To perform this job successfully, the individual must possess the following education, licenses and certifications, experience, and skills.

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

High degree of discretion and confidentiality
Education

High School diploma or equivalent
Licenses and Certifications

The compensation for this position ranges from $18.00 - $20.00. Actual compensation will be dependent upon the individual’s qualifications, experience, skills, licensure, and certifications.
