The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in trial advocacy, negotiating settlements, and managing legal staff. This position requires the ability to assume full file responsibility, ensuring comprehensive and effective representation for our clients.
Responsibilities:
· Trial Advocacy: Conduct trials with proficiency, presenting compelling arguments and effectively representing clients in personal injury cases.
· Negotiation Skills: Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to secure favorable settlements on behalf of clients, balancing legal strategy with client interests.
· File Management: Assume full responsibility for legal files, ensuring timely and thorough case management from inception to resolution.
· Staff Training and Supervision: Train, mentor, and supervise legal staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
· Client Interaction: Interact with clients in a professional and empathetic manner, keeping them informed about case progress and addressing any concerns.
Qualifications:
· Experience: Minimum 1 years of proven experience as a Personal Injury Attorney with a focus on plaintiff representation.
· Trial Experience: Demonstrated success in conducting trials and presenting persuasive arguments in a courtroom setting.
· Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiating settlements and resolving cases outside of the courtroom.
· File Management: Ability to handle full file responsibility, ensuring meticulous case management.
· Staff Supervision: Experience in training and supervising legal staff, promoting a collaborative and efficient work environment.
· Admission to State Bar: Licensed to practice law in [State].
