Position: Help Desk Analyst
Location: Warner Robins, GA
Salary: $40k - $45k
Hours: 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 P.M. Monday-Friday
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Sufficient experience, education, training, and skills to satisfactorily perform the requirements of the tasks below.

Help Desk Analyst Tasks
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system promptly and courteously.
- Assist customers with front-end data entry and resolve IT-related issues through exceptional help desk support.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving help desk processes and procedures.
