Why you can expect in this role:
- Identify and Qualify Leads: Research and identify potential clients who have shown interest in our products or services but did not complete a purchase.
- Reengage Prospects: Reach out to leads who have shown previous interest and attempt to rekindle their interest in our offerings.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, benefits, and industry trends to effectively communicate and demonstrate value to potential clients.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the benefits of our products and services, addressing any concerns or objections.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively closing deals and upselling additional products or services.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement.
The skills/experience you'll need to be considered for this role:
- Proven experience in sales, including telemarketing, retail/counter sales, and/or outside sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge or experience in home services/construction industry a plus.
