Position Summary
This position requires HVAC knowledge and typical building and facility maintenance.
Responsibilities include:

Maintaining building HVAC equipment

Adhering to local HVAC codes

Removing old HVAC equipment so new system can be installed

Running pipe and duct-work as needed
-
Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and schematics
-
Understanding refrigeration cycles
-
Knowing how to interpret various technical data, such as pressure and temperature chart
-
Performing routine maintenance around the property
- Electrical wiring knowledge to identify problems with the building’s electricity

Repairing broken or leaking plumbing
-
Some carpentry; ability to handle basic repairs around the building

Requirements:

Valid Driver’s License

Good driving record, so that you may be added to the company’s auto insurance as a driver

Pass a background check and drug screen

Punctuality and a strong work ethic

Ability to walk/ stand for a long stretches of time

Ability to lift 50lbs or more

Ability to work unsupervised
