SUMMARY
Provide administrative support to the Estate Planning team (LIFE Planning Services, LPS) through LIFE's donor-specific contact management and marketing through mail, e-mail, and phone contact.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Supports the National Coordinator LPS and administrative efforts of the Department and assists in coordinating schedules with other departments as necessary.

Ability to develop, manipulate, and maintain EXCEL reports for the Estate Planning LPS team.

Develop a significant understanding of the Donor Database Program (MIMS). Be able to formulate and request reports from the IS Department.

Enter historical data as needed in the Donor Database program (MIMS) including notes, Account coding, Alerts, etc.

Ability to use email, telephone, and written response to communicate effectively and represent LIFE as determined by the Estate Planning LPS team and the Director of Development.

Ability to navigate and use internet-based outlets to communicate and research important areas supporting the outreaches of LIFE.

Support the National Coordinator, Churches for LIFE with a Newsletter and email design for communication on an as-needed or assigned basis.

Support the Executive Office, Special Events & other Programs within the Estate Planning LPS Department on an as-needed or assigned basis.

Perform other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to co-workers.
Ability to understand and carry out written, verbal, and/or demonstrated instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Work alone and as part of a team.
