Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to lead our customer service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient call handling, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of call center representatives
- Develop and implement strategies to improve call center performance
- Analyze call center data to improve processes and identify areas for growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize customer service operations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing a call center or customer service team
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach team members
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive performance improvements
- Experience in project management and implementing process enhancements
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies for upselling or cross-selling products/services
