- Qualifications & Requirements:
- Age: 18 years or older.
- Legal US work authorization.
- A minimum of 3 years of work experience as a dog trainer.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Running evening group classes 2-5 times a week.
- Being available for 1:1 classes with dog parents as needed on weekdays and weekends.
- Providing 2-3 hours/week to coach daycare staff or train dogs in the daycare environment.
- Communicating effectively with members.
- Designing personalized, effective training regimens for pet parents and their dogs.
- Implementing obedience training, behavior modification, and management techniques.
- Supporting the team with training knowledge and expertise.
- Coordinating schedules with members, prospective members, and Top Dogs Club team members.
- Executing various training programs and providing material support to members.
- Conducting evaluations with prospective members to determine the best training regimen for them.
- Managing the training schedule.
- Assisting Top Dogs Club team members in the training process.
- Representing Top Dogs Club in a professional and positive manner.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Dog Trainer.
- Strong understanding of obedience training, behavior modification, and management techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design and implement personalized training programs.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Passion for dogs and commitment to their well-being.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
