Role and Responsibilities:
- Oversee field employees and ensure they are performing tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Manage job sites, including coordinating schedules, ordering materials, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Ensure quality control measures are implemented and maintained throughout the construction process.
- Provide regular updates and reports to General Superintendent on project status, challenges, and achievements.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency on job sites.
Qualifications:
- Proficient knowledge of erosion control, commercial properties and determining scope of work a plus.
- Able to prioritize tasks and communicate information in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control.
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively.
- Comfortable with Google Drive & MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Ability to trouble-shoot problems which may occur on a job site and effectively solve the issue.
- Strong relational skills with customers and crew.
- Strong organization skills for maintaining complex schedules and jobs.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in construction or a related field.
- Additional training or certifications in construction management or related areas is a plus.
