Candidate Experience:
- Any prior experience or knowledge in making client satisfaction a top priority
- Possible experience in childcare, special needs, healthcare field
- Semi or fully retired
- Background in teaching, para-education, librarianship, customer service, or hospitality
- Stay-at-homes, parents, volunteers, traditional or non-traditional college students
- Any experience in a caregiver/advocacy role in their personal/professional life
- Those interested in exploring healthcare or compassion careers
- Those seeking experience/steppingstone in a healthcare field
Our current immediate need priorities are mostly evenings from about 5:30pm-9:30pm, as well as weekends. We tend to have weekday daytime positions available and fully expect that to continue. Opportunities for more hours and advancement will become available with increased flexibility and experience for the right person. Our sliding scale compensation typically ranges from $22-30/hour, depending on shift length and other factors.
Please be punctual and reliable with excellent references. Our focus is on the humanity component of personal lifecare. Previous experience in this field can be beneficial but many of our very successful hires come from different unrelated career backgrounds and thrive in this rewarding field.
Assignments can include preparing meals and assisting with the care of the home. There will also be occasional need to help with some hygiene and personal care, as our company aims to promote and support all of our clients to elevate their lives- training can/will be provided. Previous work as a CNA, CMA, or PCT can be beneficial. Our care team is informed of the client's needs prior to placement to ensure they will excel in the position.
