About the role:
This entry to mid-level IT Service Desk position involves network, systems, reporting, and application administration functions. The individual in this role will handle daily technical tasks, including supporting, installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and documenting PC hardware, operating systems, software applications, printers, and phones for the entire organization. You will collaborate closely with other IT team members, departments, and end users to ensure prompt and effective resolution of IT-related issues.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Provide technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstation functionality.
- Prepare new hire workstations through hardware management, credential creation, and access management.
- Improve IT department consistency through the utilization of SOPs.
- Deliver excellence in customer service via phone, email, MS Teams, and Teams calling.
- Respond to internal IT tickets promptly and effectively, directing unresolved issues to the next level of support.
- Maintain positive relationships with outside vendors and accounts.
- Assist in the testing, development, troubleshooting, and implementation of large-scale reporting initiatives using PowerBI.
- Continuously strive for personal and organizational growth and development, increasing your knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

- MSOffice365 Administration
- Active Directory Administration
- Service Desk Ticketing Systems (Halo, BMS, ConnectWise, Jira
General Qualifications:
- High level of computer software and hardware proficiency
- Ability to communicate computer related issues with non-computer savvy team members
- General willingness to help others, work through problems, and be a team player.
- Excellent customer service skills
- High School Degree Required
- Licenses and Certifications a plus
