JOB FUNCTION: The Program Management Specialist will be mainly responsible for program implementation of a customer’s product from receiving RFQs through the contract manufacturing process under direct supervision of the Sr Manager of Business Development. You will also provide assistance for assigned projected planning, scheduling and oversight of hardware fabrication efforts, and ensure contractual deliveries are made on time and within budget, driving resolution for material shortages, updating project trackers and providing weekly reports for sales and AR issues. Participation in weekly meetings with customer to provide project updates.
EDUCATION: BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics.
LANGUAGE: Bilingual in Mandarin and English is a-must have item. Tri-lingual in Vietnamese is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support RFQ/proposal process and follow up on submissions and execution
- Coordinate with Supply Chain Management and Customer on Clear to Build
- Coordinate with Planner(s) on scheduling and priorities
- Oversee production and engineering schedule, output, and status
- Coordinate and facilitate issue/problem resolution between CFT and customer
- Provide timely responses to all customer inquiries, issues, and corrective actions
- Update and publish weekly reports--NPI action trackers, sustaining program long range fulfillment plan, hub inventory
- Facilitate NPI project transition to back-end mass production base
- Oversee invoicing customer for goods and services provided.
- PO management for all POs for the account (FG, RMA, NRE, BPO)
- Position Budget Range: $68,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
