Liberty Corner Enterprises is a fast-growing, Asheville, NC-based company that provides a range of innovative services to people with developmental disabilities. We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team and provide support with our mission of helping others. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent organizational skills, be a self-starter, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the administrative tasks associated with the service coordination process
- Develop plans of care for individuals supported.
- Communicate with service providers, clients, family members, and other stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Supervise all direct care team members in the implementation of support.
- Communicate with clients, families, and other stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Act as a liaison between Liberty Corner and all outside agencies involved in providing or arranging services for individuals supported.
- Manage client data for all services provided.
- Assist the Service Coordinator with tasks related to scheduling of service appointments for clients and families.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
