Position: Inside Sales Administrator & Coordinator

Location
- We are located in the Greenspoint area (45N and BW8). This is not a remote position. Moving to Kenswick Drive in Humble Q2 2025, to the immediate east of George Bush IAH airport.
Position Overview

- The position acts a liaison coordinating various activities. Must be able to push people for results. The ideal candidate will provide analytical feedback to improve the process with the goal of speed & efficiency.
IMMEDIATE RESPONSIBILITIES
-TOP PRIORITY Expeditor: monitor and track all sales orders for on time delivery. Expedite as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Manage Open Sales Order report
-Manage Back order report and tracking
-Monthly pricing profile updates
-Stainless surcharge updates
-Part number pricing data entry
-Billing
-Assist with blanket order updating and tracking
-Assist inside sales manager as required
-Train for future Inside Sales Support
-Support sales and special projects as required
FUTURE
-Customer service, inside sales & sales support
-Continue all previous duties utilizing new ERP system to reduce time spent on expediting
-Support & assist future sales representatives
-Purchasing Processing Orders (PPO) creation - each inside sales rep to create ppos for their respective sales person
-Retrun Material Authorization creation - each Inside Sales Rep will create for their assigned sales staff
