We are seeking a highly motivated Creative Contect Manager to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this position will include:
- Social media management
- Visual content creation
- Writing copy for social media and other outlets
- Content planning + scheduling
- Social account optimization
- Creating video content for Instagram and TikTok. This position will report directly to the Chief of Creative. While the main focus of this position surrounds social media and content creation, other duties may include digital and print visual design projects, client onboarding, and general agency tasks. We are a highly collaborative team, aiming to collectively support each other and our clients.
We are willing to train the right candidate, but we would love to see the following:
- 1-2 years of marketing, agency, or communications experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to ask questions. Our clients trust us with their image and advertising dollars. It is important that we avoid mistakes when we can and grow from them when they happen.
- Willingness to learn. We want to be fully transparent that our company structure is still developing. As long as you are flexible, this also means that there is plenty of room for growth within the company
- Dependability and consistency. As a growing business, we must be consistent in our processes and the quality of the work we produce. As a seamless extension of our clients, we must stay consistent to their brand and message.
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate and work with both client and internal teams
Responsibilities: The Creative Content Manager will support and manage our clients’ digital advertising strategies across multiple platforms. While we are open to the possibility of this role adapting as we go based on your feedback and client needs. Below are the general duties you can expect from this position:
- Thoughtfully planning out unique social media campaigns
- Creating high quality social media content that reflects our clients’ companies
- Creating and annotating monthly social media reports for clients
- Communicating with clients, teams, and partners to ensure all projects are executed in a timely and proficient manner
- Tracking project hours
- Following creative direction, asking questions and determining appropriate solutions
- Participating in brainstorming sessions and weekly company wide meetings.
Training:
- There will be an in office training period. Upon mastery of tasks and responsibilities a hybrid work environment will be offered.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
