Our team members are key individuals for our stores. The following are a Back of House team member’s responsibilities.

Prepare packaged food items including Oatmeals, Desserts, etc.

Stock and prepare goods for the smoothie and bowl line

Cut/chop fruit and other food items

Wash dishes to maintain a clean work space

Ability to work quickly while maintaining a positive attitude

Ability to work in a Kitchen or Production environment

Knowledge of all recipes and the ingredients included
-
Clean and maintain an organized, safe, and secure food environment
-
Knowledge of what each ingredient is and its nutrients
-
Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude

Make the guest happy and promote positive brand image

Perform other duties as assigned by the leadership team
QUALIFICATIONS:

Positive attitude

Previous kitchen or production experience a plus

Passion for guest service, integrity and strong work ethic

Must be willing to work mornings (Shift start time is 5:30-6:30am, varies by store)

Knowledge of health industry preferred

Passion for organic foods/juicing

Pay: $11.50/hr + Tips
Shift Schedule: Mornings 7:00am-1:00pm Monday Tuesday Thursday Saturday
