Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of bakery operations, including food production, inventory management, and quality control.
- Manage a team of bakery staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistent product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the assistant manager to create and update menus, taking into account customer preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as banquet and catering, to fulfill orders for special events.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Monitor sales and expenses, making adjustments as necessary to meet financial targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in baking techniques.
