Technician to assist in the processing of semiconductor wafers. Must be capable of working with semiconductor wafers plus the storage and handling of all wet chemistry involved in metal plating, etching and photoresist processing. Must be able to measure and record process data to ISO 9001 standards. PC Literate with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Responsibilities:
- Operate & maintain process equipment according to established procedures & guidelines
- Maintenance of process environment using process control measurement tools
- Maintain chemical processes & inventory required for processing semiconductor wafers.
- Monitor process parameters to ensure product quality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance tasks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes
- Document process data and maintain accurate records
Skills:
- Operation of microscopes, semiconductor wafer test & measurement equipment
- Process handling of semiconductor wafers
- Proficient in the use of hand tools for assembly and disassembly tasks
- Communicate with the organization using computer-based tools.
- Learn and operate HPLC, IPC and all similar processes control measurement tools
- Assist in the continuous improvement on existing chemical processes
- Assist in lab safety, cleanliness of work environment and stability of chemical processes
- Assist in the proper chemical waste disposal to all State and Federal EPA standards
- Learn & assist and report the statistical process control (SPC) of working processes
- Maintain established ISO, EPA, OSHA, ITAR regulations
- Must be able to work in a semiconductor cleanroom environment
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must be able to lift 50 Pounds
