Overview:
I am seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Personal Trainer to join my team. If you are passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their health goals, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate clients' current fitness levels
- Develop personalized exercise programs based on clients' goals and abilities
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and form to clients
- Motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals
- Provide ongoing support, guidance, and feedback to clients
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed
- Ensure the safety of clients during training sessions
- Maintain a clean and organized workout environment
Experience:
- Proven experience in personal training, sports coaching, or gym environment
- In-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Strong sales skills to promote personal training services
- Understanding of body mechanics and exercise physiology
- Experience in leading group fitness classes is a plus
- Background in physical education or related field is beneficial
- Ability to tailor fitness programs to individual needs and goals

Expected hours: 12 – 15 per week
