Position Summary:
The Inventory Control Clerk (or specialist) plays a key role in maintaining high-quality standards through the complete life cycle of supply chain. This position is responsible for providing parts, tooling, and supplies to the MRO and ensuring all parts and materials are properly stored and protected. This position also assists with marking materials with identifying information using appropriate methods.
Key responsibilities/essential functions include:

Receives, stores, and distributes material, tools, equipment, and parts within the warehouse, picking up parts in the stockroom and warehouse.
- Conduct regular audits to resolves discrepancies between inventory and stock-control records by tracing the history of the item

Monitor inventory turnover rates and recommend adjustments.

Sorting and placing materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined sequences utilizing inventory management software to track stock movement.
- Pulls inventory for Sales Order processing or Engine Build and issues to an assigned work order and repair orders

Examine and inspect outgoing material for correct P/N and S/N.
- Assembling customer orders from stock and placing orders on pallets or shelves or relocating orders to a holding area or shipping department.
- Organize the stockroom and material to be pulled for Sales Orders and Repair Orders utilizing safety protocols.
- Provides customer service for both the Sales Department and outgoing Quality Inspection team in resolving order conflicts.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications

High School Diploma
- Appropriate application of warehouse principles and procedures. Must be able to diagnose parts, materials, and component pieces, not in compliance with company and other regulatory guidelines.
- Ability to move and handle merchandise throughout the building generally weighing 0 to 50 pounds.
- Ability to operate a forklift and ladder.

Preferred Experience/Qualifications

Associates degree is Supply Chain

Minimum of 5 years of experience

Preferred experience in an MRO shop
- Possess strong organizational, analytical, and administrative skills,
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment,
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and, Outlook) as well as basic mathematical skills
