MAIN FUNCTION:
- Lead the management of content for PNY sites, including internet, intranet, extranet, and e-commerce platforms
- Enhance the user experience across PNY sites by proactively addressing user issues, implementing iterative UI design enhancements, and integrating and ensuring quality control of web accessibility and SEO standards
- Design and oversee web-based communications, including email blasts, banner advertising, social media graphics, and e-newsletters
- Proactively seek out new technologies, identify opportunities to improve team processes, and assist with solving both technical and creative problems
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5-7 years of web design and development experience
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, and responsive design (must-have)
- Advanced knowledge of web standards and methodologies including, user experience (UX), web accessibility standards, and SEO
- Extensive experience with CMS and e-commerce platforms, including advanced content management, customization, and optimization
- Proficiency in graphic and UI/UX design, including Figma or XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (must-have), with a strong emphasis on adherence to brand guidelines
- Knowledge of print production, video editing, 3D modeling, and/or animation is a plus
- MAC and PC literate
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, highly organized, senior front-end web developer with superior design skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

- Proven experience in managing and mentoring junior developers and designers, ensuring their professional growth and alignment with project goals

- Design and manage the content of PNY’s sites, including the creation and maintenance of website pages across various platforms such as internet, intranet/extranet, and e-commerce sites
- Lead the creation of assets for social media, e-blasts, online sweepstakes, and banner advertising
- Design print collateral, packaging, and signage for tradeshow events
- Develop and implement online communication strategies and tools to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Identify and communicate emerging web opportunities to marketing and sales management
- Implement campaign measurement tools for gauging and optimizing the effectiveness of e-marketing programs
- Collaborate with PNY Marketing/Product/Marcom and IT management to oversee interactive communications programs and web content
- Proactively seek out new technologies, stay current with web trends, and suggest improvements to team processes
- Manage and mentor junior developers and designers, ensuring their professional growth and alignment with project goals
- Assist in other areas, as needed
