Santa Maria construction company is looking for an experienced Administrative Coordinator.
As the Administrative Coordinator you will provide administrative support for the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Answering inbound/multi-line phones
- Scheduling appointments, document maintenance, interacting with clients/visitors
- Work independently
- Basic filing (AP & AR)
- Other duties and responsibilities
- Previous experience in Administrative Assistant role
- Basic computer skills
- Microsoft Office suite experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
