Summary:
The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products and services. This role will involve overseeing all aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, content creation, branding, advertising, public relations, and market research. Duties/Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.
· Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure the team's success.
· Oversee the creation of compelling content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
· Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, PPC advertising, email marketing, and social media advertising, to increase brand visibility and drive qualified leads.
· Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive insights, and use this information to inform marketing strategies.
· Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to develop integrated marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
· Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
· Cultivate relationships with industry influencers, media contacts, and strategic partners to enhance brand reputation and expand reach.
· Stay up-to-date on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.

Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 7+ years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management position.
· Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
· Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to develop innovative marking solutions to achieve business objectives.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.
