Day to Day
This role is a member of the central Marketing Operations team, that helps the global Marketing department at Indeed. The team is accountable for all department-wide operations processes, enabling Marketers to reach both employers and job seekers.
This role will be accountable for partnering with other Marketing Operations team members to help with annual planning processes and department-wide communications for those initiatives and recurring “run the business” activities.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for department-wide communications on Marketing Operations initiatives (weekly department newsletter, Intranet, etc)
- Responsible for updating and execution of Marketing onboarding program for global new hires
- Maintains and initiates workflows and practices to ensure alignment within marketing across different geographies and functions
- Works with relevant partners to coordinate ongoing performance measurement and maintain project progress information for reports, presentations and events
- May be responsible for planning and organizing team-wide summits and meetings, strategy sessions, and events
- The role will include a mix of operational projects and communications initiatives
Skills/Competencies
- 2+ years of experience in marketing and/or operations
- Excellent social and communication skills (written and verbal) with proven experience partnering across all levels of leadership.
- Ability to handle a variety of assignments at one time, establish priorities and complete assignments accurately and on time
- Ability to work with numbers and complete data-based tasks
- Self-starter with excellent initiative and ability to work autonomously
- Organized with excellent time-management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Salary Range Transparency
US Remote 64,000 - 90,000 USD per year

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
